Andhra Pradesh: Hyderabad city students secured the top ranks in medical as well as engineering streams in EAMCET 2012 results. Minister of Technical education, Damodar Raja Narasimha released EAMCET results on Friday. Vijay Ketan Reddy got the 1st rank in medical stream and Chinta Nitish Chandra is the topper in engineering stream with the first rank. In the previous year, most of the top ranks were secured by girls but this year just 2 girls secured top ranks in both steams.
